A new Half-Life game is finally out after 13 years, and critics pretty much agree that Half-Life: Alyx was definitely worth the wait. Today is a day many thought would never come.

Yet Half Life Alyx is more slow paced. I guess considering it was developed early on in VR before more recent, faster VR titles Valve assumed that VR would need to be faster paced or people would get nauseous or something. Also missing things like melee combat and switching hands it seems.
